Disney Movies
No other name in the world is more instantly recognizable than Disney.
The name Disney conjures up an almost overwhelming set of memories, emotions and images. Who
doesn’t know Mickey Mouse or Donald Duck? Who hasn't watched the Disney Channel or the Mickey Mouse Club?

some of the movies or episodes on the television. What a brilliantly insightful - and talented - man he was.)
Who can forget the "heigh ho, heigh ho" of Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs? (Can you name all seven dwarfs?) Or Cinderella finding her
prince? Or crying when Bambi's mother dies? All these are classic Disney movies that we all remember, and
the timeless moments we share with our children and grandchildren.
When it comes to the classic Disney movies, we're all a little like Peter Pan. The classic Disney movies remind us
that there is still a child in all of us that hasn't grown up.
Now there's good news for the kid in all of us. Disney has released their most classic movies in
Platinum Editions. Each of these Disney Platinum Editions has undergone a painstaking digital restoration from their
original negatives. In addition each Disney Platinum Edition movie has also been subject to a digital
clean-up process that removes dust, dirt, and scratches. Finally, the soundtrack for every movie in the Disney
Platinum Edition has been remixed into Dolby Digital 5.1 surround sound. These classic Disney movies have never
looked or sounded better!
Every Disney Platinum Edition movie also comes with a second DVD that contains never before seen
material pertaining to that movie. This includes a documentary about how the original movie was made, the
theatrical trailers for the movie and an additional documentary about how the movie was restored. For people who
love classic Disney movies, this additional material is fascinating.
